Today was Loralai's baptism into the Roman Catholic Church. It was more of an informal ceremony without a mass, but it was so much fun, and the priest Father Tracey was really nice.
We were a bit unconventional with two Godmothers my cousin Carrie, and my friend Mindy, but there was not two better people that will love, and encourage Loralai as she grows.
Loralai wore my baptism dress that is 25 years old, and it was so special to me that she was able to wear my dress!
I ordered this beautiful cake from TripleCCakery. The cake designer is a mom of triplets and she runs her business out of her home. She is so talented and the cake was delicious, it did not last very long at all! I will definitely be ordering more cakes from her in the future.

This was the gift that we gave to Carrie and Mindy as a thank you. I wanted to get them something they could carry along with them. It is hard to see but I had the key chains engraved with "Godmother, 03/22/09"
